“Peak Performers see the ability to manage change as a necessity in fulfilling their mission.” ~ Charles Garfield 1 February 2012
We all live in an ever changing world and at MediSwitch we are no exception. Our approach to handling change can and does affect our business. As Charles Garfield said “Peak Performers see the ability to manage change as a necessity in fulfilling their mission.”
Our mission at MediSwitch has always been to help our customers improve their administrative efficiencies, with innovative products combined with the highest standard of service.
With the world economy in a state of flux at the moment and a great deal of uncertainty surrounding the introduction of NHI it is little wonder that the Healthcare industry looks to innovators like MediSwitch when seeking business efficiencies.
To that end we are already in the final stages of including the introduction of auto reconciliation with all electronic Remittance Advices for SwitchOn users. Very shortly SwitchComm Plus will have the facility to enable practices to receive remittance advices electronically. On an on-going basis we will continue to increase the number of administrators who are enabled for on-line real-time claim adjudication.
When we see nurses based at pharmacies delivering primary healthcare services one has to wonder what effect this will have on the average G.P.’s practice. What ramifications will the court ruling on medical schemes having to pay PBM’s in full have on our customers? These and other challenges will be set to try us in the days, months and years to come. We like to think of ourselves at MediSwitch as a steady innovative and reliable provider of first class products and services in the provision of transaction flow systems to the healthcare industry. As a company who sees change as an opportunity to help our clients meet their individual goals and objectives, we thank you for your support over the past year and take this opportunity of wishing you all a great 2012.
Regards
- Peter Kennedy
